While I was Senior Project Manager with Seqwater, I engaged Jody Waters and his team to undertake commercial diving works at the Wivenhoe Dam hydroelectric power station. The operation involved diving to approximately 32 metres with extended decompression procedures and required meticulous planning and risk management. From planning through to execution, the work was conducted in a disciplined and methodical manner. Safety was embedded throughout the project, communication was excellent, documentation was thorough, and the team consistently demonstrated professionalism, competence and reliability. I would engage Jody again without hesitation for specialist commercial diving operations.
